Project Manager II - Risk Adjustment (Healthcare)

Location: Remote-NC; remote work within North Carolina/the United States

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Manage the full project life cycle, including requirements, plans, schedules, resources, budgets, execution, deployment, and closure.
• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee risk adjustment projects while tracking monthly and annual goals.
• Coordinate Risk Adjustment Coordinators, providers, vendors, Corporate Shared Services, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, issue lists, and risk management plans.
• Communicate project status, milestones, dashboards, ROI tables, and success metrics to stakeholders and Executive Leadership.
• Monitor project deliverables, including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation, for quality and adherence to standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience working with and leading diverse groups in matrix-managed environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools, MS-Project or other project management software, and MS-Office applications.
• Ability to provide functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Power BI, CoPilot AI, risk adjustment knowledge, Excel analytics, MS365, dashboard reporting, and reporting projects to Executive Leadership.
