Project Mgr II (US)

Location: Remote role associated with Greenville, South Carolina, United States of America; occasional domestic travel; 40 hours per week.

Salary: $115,440–$173,160 USD annually.

What you will do

• Advance Consumer Bank priorities through internal service provider frameworks, strategic roadmaps, cross-product initiatives, and technology-enabled workflow solutions.
• Manage project resources, vendors, budgets, dependencies, risks, scope, documentation, and communications across high-visibility projects.
• Coordinate business partners and project-related staff, negotiate for resources, and provide leadership, coaching, and guidance.
• Identify process improvements and reengineering opportunities while implementing policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead change management, readiness sessions, implementation activities, and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of related experience.
• Required experience with budget planning and execution and significant experience building project planning documents.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, make sound business decisions, and influence actions without express authority.
• Ability to build strong business and technology relationships and engage others to achieve project goals.
• Ability to think tactically and strategically, research and interpret industry best practices, and incorporate them into project management processes.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional designation.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power BI.
