Senior Project Manager (Healthcare - WI Market)

Location: Remote from Wisconsin or a neighboring state commutable to Wisconsin, specifically Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, or Michigan. Minimal travel to Wisconsin and occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required. Availability is required Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm CST.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Oversee Wisconsin Market Compliance Department projects, primarily internal and external audits.
• Design and implement project plans, schedules, work specifications, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, resolve operational problems, and minimize delays.
• Coordinate specialized resources, project staff, external contractors, operational areas, and vendors.
• Identify audit requirements, gather and review data, submit materials on schedule, and communicate with external auditors.
• Review audit findings, coordinate follow-up, and develop and track remediation plans with relevant departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of project management, business, operational, or technical experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• At least 1 year of experience leading project management best practices, contributing to PMO standards, and building organizational project management maturity.
• Must reside in Wisconsin or in Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, or Michigan within commuting distance of Wisconsin.
• Ability to understand contractual requirements, operating systems, department functions, and policies needed to support audit requirements.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with JiraAlign and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• At least 8 years of project management, business, operational, or technical experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, enterprise, or market implementation initiatives.
• Experience in healthcare, managed care, payer operations, or another highly matrixed and regulated environment.
• Experience mentoring project managers or contributing to PMO standards, tools, and best practices.
• Experience presenting information to senior leaders to support decision-making.
