Undergrad Intern – Global Program Management (Summer 2027)

Location: United States — Remote; must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship.

Base pay: $28.87 per hour.

What you will do

• Support the organization and maintenance of program plans, documentation, and team materials.
• Track activities, progress, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and meeting materials for internal discussions.
• Gather, organize, and analyze information for planning and problem-solving.
• Contribute to improvements in program management tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Complete an assigned project and present findings and recommendations with guidance from program management colleagues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent.
• Expected to have completed one year of study before the internship and remain enrolled after the program.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of the program.
• Must be available for a full-time schedule.

Nice to have

• Degree concentration in life sciences, business, engineering, data analytics, or a related field, with interest in biotechnology and program management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication and collaboration demonstrated through coursework, student organizations, volunteer activities, or work experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
