2027 Summer Internship (US) - Program Management (AI)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the Holtsville, New York office; United States work authorization required without sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: USD $40.50–$44.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Execute automation tasks under the AI for PMO initiative, including building agentic workflows for reporting, status, and ZLM.
• Support strategic goals to build a modern, technology-focused Program Management Office and rethink legacy processes.
• Manage team-based work assignments and complete follow-up activities with day-to-day business contacts.
• Develop planning, organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and technology skills related to Zebra’s product portfolio.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a graduate MS or MBA degree program in Computer Science with an AI/ML focus, Data Science/Statistics, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Anticipated graduation date between 2027 and 2029.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Program management skills and experience working in an enterprise setting or understanding corporate processes.
• Skills or experience in go-to-market situations.
• Experience with digital automation and building AI agentic workflows.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Adaptability, learning agility, willingness to learn quickly, and ability to embrace new tools or methods in a dynamic environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus basic familiarity with technology solutions.
