Director, Oncology Program Management

Location: Remote (US); travel as needed.

Salary: $178,700–$238,700 annually.

What you will do

• Lead program management for oncology drug development and product lifecycle management.
• Partner with team leadership to develop global product development strategies and establish program team communication processes.
• Plan and execute projects, maintaining integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, deliverables, and project visuals.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning, team charters, scope definition, stakeholder alignment, governance updates, meetings, minutes, action tracking, and progress reporting.
• Implement project and risk management practices and oversee project budget planning and control.
• Provide additional leadership as appropriate, including alliance management for drug development partners and oversight steering committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of experience in clinical and drug development within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, or a master’s degree or higher plus 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading oncology drug development or product lifecycle management programs.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder alignment, integrated project planning, milestone and dependency management, risk management, and budget oversight.
• Efficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel as needed.
