Enterprise Program Manager (Laboratory Services)

Location: Remote in China, based in or associated with Nanjing; travel within CSO East and to customer sites is required, with 50% travel.

What you will do

• Develop and execute enterprise program plans aligned with CSO East priorities and the China service strategy.
• Own strategic customer engagements and programs, managing scope, milestones, service levels, risks, financial outcomes, and governance.
• Lead scoping and implementation of large, integrated enterprise service programs across service delivery, sales, technical, operations, finance, quality, procurement, and external partners.
• Build customer relationships, monitor satisfaction and service performance, and drive corrective actions, retention, and growth.
• Run program reviews, prepare status and performance reports, and manage changes, issues, risks, and escalations.
• Develop reusable processes, tools, templates, and governance practices while contributing insights to improve enterprise service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, science, business, project management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in program or project management, enterprise service delivery, strategic accounts, or complex solution implementation.
• Strong customer, stakeholder, influencing, and executive communication skills.
• Business acumen and the ability to connect operational delivery with customer, commercial, and financial outcomes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in complex situations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn operational and financial data into actions.
• Excellent written and verbal Chinese and English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within CSO East and to customer sites; travel is expected 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Project management qualification; equivalent experience leading complex deployments is acceptable.
• Experience in regulated laboratory, pharmaceutical, life science, chemical analysis, or similar service environments.
