Delivery Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid Flex schedule with at least three days per week in the office

Base pay: $69,800–$125,900 annually; eligible for an annual incentive bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead moderately complex cross-enterprise implementations of custom products or services.
• Serve as the business lead from business case analysis through implementation.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners on projects critical to securing or retaining group customers.
• Support market relevance and responses to legislative and regulatory initiatives.
• Manage project organization, prioritization, problem solving, stakeholder communication, and formal training for internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in healthcare, business consulting analysis, system implementation, or project management.
• Project management experience, including organization, prioritization, problem solving, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to changing assignments.
• Clear and concise written, presentation, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working across departments and management levels, handling sensitive or difficult situations, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Experience interpreting business and financial information, synthesizing information, and applying strategic planning techniques.
• PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office products.
• Comfort working in a flexible and dynamic environment and accepting direction and feedback.

Nice to have

• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.
• Degree in public health, health policy, business, IT systems, engineering, mathematics, or another field emphasizing critical thinking and problem solving.
• Consulting or client/product implementation experience in a large organization.
• Financial, estimating, or budget management experience related to projects, implementations, or operations.
• Conflict management and resolution skills.
• Knowledge of or experience with SDLC and/or Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance trends, new products and networks, legislation, and interaction with government affairs.
