Customer Delivery Manager - Project Management Office Accounts

Location: All Cities, Georgia, United States of America; 50% travel; relocation is not available.

Salary: $93,400–$143,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Formulate strategies for performance metrics, escalation, change management, and customer communication.
• Own cost targets and implement expense controls for service delivery requirements.
• Manage high-risk projects, lead cross-functional teams, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee SLA delivery, negotiate with vendors, and contribute to account and strategic plans.
• Identify revenue opportunities, ensure policy compliance, and participate in presales and change order negotiations.
• Drive cross-organization optimization, knowledge management, customer engagement, and delivery capability improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience, preferably in ITIL/ITSM, business, customer support, or a related field.
• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or another related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Experience applying advanced subject matter knowledge, resolving complex business issues, and establishing policies.
• Ability to lead complex projects, exercise independent judgment, and build productive internal and external working relationships.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
