Senior Manager, Scrum Master (Order to Cash)

Location: Alpharetta, GA, USA; hybrid work with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Salary: $109,400–$215,500, $120,300–$237,000, or $131,200–$258,500 annually, depending on U.S. compensation zone.

What you will do

• Facilitate Agile team events, including iteration planning, daily syncs, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, system demos, and Inspect & Adapt activities.
• Prepare teams for PI Planning through capacity planning, story decomposition, dependency identification, risk management, confidence voting, and Team PI Objective development.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, leaders, and team members in Scrum, Team Kanban, SAFe, servant leadership, self-management, built-in quality, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Product Management, architects, the Release Train Engineer, business stakeholders, external providers, and distributed technology teams.
• Manage backlogs, Jira workflows, WIP limits, delivery reporting, cross-team dependencies, systemic impediments, and delivery risks.
• Use cycle time, throughput, blocked work, predictability, quality, and PI objective metrics to identify constraints and drive measurable improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology, project, program, or product delivery, or a related field, including 4+ years as a Scrum Master, Team Coach, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach in a medium or large enterprise.
• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams or complex cross-team delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Team Kanban, SAFe, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, backlog readiness, dependency and risk management, and Lean-Agile continuous improvement.
• Advanced facilitation and coaching skills with delivery teams, Product Owners, technical leaders, senior stakeholders, and external service providers.
• Experience with Jira or a comparable Agile lifecycle management platform for backlog management, workflow transparency, delivery reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Experience using flow, predictability, quality, and outcome measures to identify constraints and improve delivery.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve complex impediments, and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience with outsourced, multi-vendor, multicultural, or geographically distributed teams, plus strong written and verbal communication skills for communicating risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and improvement opportunities to senior audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Agile certification such as SAFe Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, or equivalent; advanced Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, PMI-ACP, or coaching certification is also preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP Transportation Management, SAP Extended Warehouse Management, SAP Ariba, Uber Freight, or comparable platforms.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods, Supply Chain, ERP, or integrated enterprise technology environments.
