Base pay: $78,000.00–$156,000.00 per year; ranges may vary by location.

What you will do

• Establish Scrum practices, events, Definitions of Ready and Done, and effective ways of working for assigned Scrum Teams.
• Enable Product Owners to define outcomes, prioritize the Product Backlog, measure value, and forecast delivery within capacity constraints.
• Help Developers apply Scrum, incremental delivery, testing, small-batch thinking, and clear Increment and Definition of Done standards.
• Support organizational adoption of agile ways of working and build an Agile mindset.
• Use forecasting models and value- and delivery-based metrics, including throughput, defect rate, cycle time, cost savings, revenue generation, and CSAT.
• Act as teacher, coach, mentor, change agent, facilitator, and impediment remover while supporting conflict resolution and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a high school diploma/GED plus 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of iterative and incremental development, Scrum theory, rules and practices, and Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to represent both business and technology perspectives.
• Expertise in agile metrics and reporting, with demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking.
• Experience in change management and associated best practices.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role or equivalent.
• Advanced certifications such as Professional Scrum Master II.
