Program Manager, Cybersecurity Governance

Location: Miami, FL, United States; in-office Tuesday through Thursday at a designated South Florida office, with work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.

What you will do

• Lead the development, delivery, maturation, and continuous improvement of enterprise cybersecurity governance programs across operating companies, brands, regions, and technology organizations.
• Build stakeholder partnerships and workflows for standards and policy development, policy exceptions, security training, simulations, and governance framework adoption.
• Manage cybersecurity maturity assessments, reporting, mitigations, annual planning, strategic roadmaps, governance tools, and service providers.
• Develop and report governance metrics and KPIs; prepare executive dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and executive committees.
• Collaborate with risk management, OT cybersecurity, compliance, IT, maritime cybersafety, security services, sourcing, legal, privacy, and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance capabilities, operational resilience, effectiveness, and maturity.

Requirements

• Knowledge of governance, risk and compliance, cybersecurity principles, risk management methodologies, and security control frameworks.
• Understanding of security awareness, identity and access management, privileged access, segregation of duties, least privilege, vulnerability management, data protection, application security, network security, security architecture, and security operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Project management skills.
• Process improvement and operational excellence experience.
• Technical policy editing, writing, and evaluation skills.
