Senior Program Manager, Application Security

What you will do

• Lead the post-sale journey for a portfolio of large enterprise customers, from onboarding and implementation through adoption, value realization, and renewal readiness.
• Build customer success plans connecting hirify.global security capabilities to business and security goals, and track measurable outcomes.
• Manage multi-workstream security implementations, including roadmaps, milestones, scope, resourcing, risks, status communication, and delivery records.
• Monitor customer health, identify adoption or integration risks, and find opportunities for deeper product adoption.
• Build relationships with CISOs, executives, security leaders, and engineering teams; lead quarterly executive business reviews focused on ROI and risk reduction.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support, and run product demos and technical workshops.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Program Management, or Professional Services in a SaaS environment, including experience with security products or programs.
• Experience leading large, multi-workstream security or software implementations from start to finish with measurable results.
• Experience driving adoption and customer outcomes in complex, fast-moving technical environments.
• Working knowledge of secure software development, CI/CD, runtime security, and vulnerability management.
• Strong relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills across executive and hands-on technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Jira, and similar CRM, customer success, and project tools.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Program management or security certification such as PMP, CISSP, or CSSLP.
• Familiarity with Forward-Deployed-Engineer (FDE) and Echo delivery motions.
• Hands-on exposure to application or API security, DevSecOps, or cloud-native tooling.
• Experience with customers in regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare.
• Experience running product demos or technical workshops.
