Future Supply Chain Leader Program (Supply Chain)

Location: Warsaw Plant, Poland; hybrid work model with the opportunity to work from abroad for a set number of days each year

Salary: 10,800 PLN gross per month for full-time employment

What you will do

• Manage short- and long-term category demand planning across Central Europe using Power BI, SAP, and other company platforms.
• Implement supply chain innovations and support new product launches in close collaboration with the Brand team.
• Work with supply chain partners to create customer-focused, competitive solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve the quality of customer promotion and feature planning.
• Drive end-to-end supply chain synchronization in a customer-centric way.

Requirements

• Be a third-, fourth-, or fifth-year Business or Technology student, or a recent graduate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude toward challenges and change.
• Good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills gained through international student exchanges, voluntary work, or similar experience.
• Excellent analytical thinking and leadership skills.
