Junior Procurement Manager (Packaging)

Location: Permanent onsite position based at the Robakowo Warehouse ELC7 in Robakowo, Poland.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end sourcing and supplier management, including partner identification, evaluation, commercial negotiations, pricing, and service levels.
• Forecast packaging demand using operational data, historical consumption trends, and automated planning models to maintain supply continuity.
• Track supplier performance and outsourcing projects against milestones, quality benchmarks, and Service Level Agreements.
• Track, analyse, and report packaging recyclability, carbon footprint, and material compliance in line with international environmental standards.
• Prepare spend analyses, cost-breakdown calculations, and AI-assisted benchmark models to identify margin and cost-optimisation opportunities.
• Execute purchase orders and streamline procurement workflows with inventory, warehouse logistics, and quality assurance stakeholders.

Requirements

• First practical experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, ideally involving packaging materials, indirect spend, or vendor outsourcing operations.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including complex calculation sheets, cost models, and data-driven business cases.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and confidence aligning cross-functional internal teams and external supplier networks.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder timelines, enforce SLA adherence, and maintain structured execution under pressure.
• Fluency in Polish and English, written and spoken, is required for international commercial negotiations and presenting actionable insights.
