Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead concurrent enterprise IT infrastructure and operations projects covering networks, servers, cloud, cybersecurity, and technology modernization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risk registers, and documentation.
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, external partners, and executive leadership.
• Use Jira for execution management, dependency tracking, deliverables, and program-level reporting.
• Administer Confluence spaces and manage SharePoint Online sites, project portals, repositories, decision logs, and operational procedures.
• Facilitate project meetings and technical working sessions, track action items, and improve governance, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud, data center, network, cybersecurity, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Active PMP certification.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure programs and transformation projects with cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Advanced Jira usage and administration.
• Confluence administration and documentation governance experience.
• Infrastructure and cloud migration experience.
• Vendor management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise programs exceeding $1 million in total project value.

Nice to have

• SharePoint administration experience, including SharePoint Online sites and document repositories.
• Azure DevOps experience.
• Medicaid or healthcare industry experience.
• State or federal government experience.
• Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• ACP, SAFe, or Scrum certification.
