Enterprise Project Manager (IT Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid in Columbia, South Carolina, United States

Salary: $77–$83 per hour

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent IT infrastructure and operations projects covering network, server, cloud, cybersecurity, and modernization initiatives.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risk registers, documentation, and program-level reporting.
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, external partners, and executive leadership as the primary project liaison.
• Use Jira to manage execution, deliverables, dependencies, and reporting.
• Maintain Confluence spaces, knowledge repositories, decision logs, operational procedures, and governance documentation.
• Design and manage SharePoint Online sites, project portals, and document repositories; facilitate meetings and drive risk mitigation and process improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud, data center, network, cybersecurity, and technology modernization initiatives.
• PMP certification.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure programs and transformation projects involving cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Advanced Jira administration and usage.
• Confluence administration and documentation governance experience.
• Infrastructure and cloud migration experience.
• Vendor management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise programs exceeding $1 million in total project value.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Columbia, South Carolina; work authorization sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
