Senior Project Manager (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia; hybrid workplace model requiring at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives across business, technology, security, legal, compliance, finance, procurement, operations, and external partners.
• Define objectives, success criteria, roadmaps, governance structures, milestones, dependencies, and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop business cases, funding requests, cost estimates, benefits analyses, executive presentations, and detailed delivery plans.
• Manage scope, schedule, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, effort tracking, documentation, and course corrections throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate vendor evaluations and third-party delivery while managing performance, risks, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Use AI-enabled tools for planning, estimation, analysis, reporting, risk identification, and decision-making; lead closeout, benefits measurement, and operational transition.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large, complex, cross-functional projects or initiatives in global environments.
• Experience leading executive-facing projects with significant business, technology, risk, or operational impact, including multiple concurrent projects and interconnected workstreams.
• Experience developing business cases, funding requests, cost estimates, benefits measures, executive presentations, project governance, reporting, dependency management, RAID tracking, and effort tracking against approved estimates.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate executive decision-making through clear options, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, third-party delivery, enterprise technology implementations, platform implementations, and large-scale technology deployments involving multiple integrations and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to make accountable delivery decisions, including escalation, scope tradeoffs, reprioritization, pausing or stopping work, and resetting expectations.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Planner, and related enterprise tools.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for planning, analysis, reporting, and decision-making; strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading technology, cybersecurity, audit, or enterprise transformation initiatives and working in highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, enterprise applications, security operations, identity and access management, data protection, vulnerability or exposure management, governance projects, portfolio management, strategic planning, demand management, and investment governance.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification or experience.
