Field Pharmacy Account Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel 1–20% within the US

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage relationships with hirify.global member hospitals and health-system pharmacies, providing updates on contract usage, services, and savings opportunities.
• Support pharmacy-related questions, problem resolution, member implementation, rostering, orientation, and knowledge transfer.
• Drive cross-functional support for contract penetration, member value, purchase decisions, comparative quote analysis, and supplier sales-cycle tracking.
• Create and facilitate education for members and staff on product usage, cost efficiencies, and relevant pharmacy solutions.
• Coordinate regional pharmacy meeting content and provide technical oversight for contract launches, promotional materials, surveys, sourcing events, product planning, and committee presentations.
• Analyze data, validate contract pricing, maintain records, monitor drug recalls, and oversee FDA DSCSA track-and-trace activities.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of applicable work experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and electronically.
• Ability to make independent decisions, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with peers and others.
• Attention to detail and ability to operate computer programs and software.
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods and perform sedentary work involving up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
• Day-to-day contact with coworkers and/or the public, including work in close quarters with varying interruptions.
