Senior Planning Lead

Location: South San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week on campus. Relocation benefits are not available.

Salary: $152,600–$283,400 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other permitted factors. A discretionary annual bonus may be available.

What you will do

• Architect, govern, and execute comprehensive project plans for patient experience initiatives, new product launches, and line extensions.
• Lead organizational change management across the Patient Experience Delivery ecosystem.
• Partner with Field Reimbursement Managers, Access Solutions, and brand leadership to improve patient workflows and implement scalable operational solutions.
• Assess the operational impact of system, regulatory, and procedural changes and develop mitigation strategies.
• Align informatics teams and technology vendors to build, optimize, and maintain patient platforms, databases, and contact center technologies.
• Design and support training and operational-readiness roadmaps for commercial teams and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
• PMP certification required.
• Previous experience in planning, process improvement, and/or project management in healthcare or healthcare reimbursement.
• Extensive project management experience with patient databases and/or call center systems and technologies.
• Experience with pre-launch drugs.
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships across all organizational levels.
• Awareness of issues, trends, and needs in healthcare reimbursement and managed care.
• Independently lead strategy, complex projects, and cross-functional activities while managing competing priorities, budgets, and deadlines.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, organizational, time-management, and executive-presence skills.
