Program Manager II (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Salary: $82,000–$106,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage the technical transfer of client projects and products to the hirify.global manufacturing site.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign work, remove obstacles, and communicate objectives and performance expectations.
• Develop project plans with milestones, resources, timing, costs, sustainability considerations, and quality standards.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve project risks and complex operational problems, escalating issues when necessary.
• Act as a customer advocate and site liaison, developing internal and external relationships and presenting solutions.
• Measure implemented solutions against desired results and continuously improve team processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 6 years of related experience; or an AAS degree in a relevant field plus at least 4 years; or a BA/BS degree in a relevant field plus at least 2 years; or an MA/MS degree in a relevant field plus at least 1 year.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and logically using relevant examples.
• Ability to respond to concerns or objections and adapt communication messages accordingly.
• Ability to develop solutions for simple problems and contribute to solutions for complex problems.
• Ability to apply relevant experience to implement ideas and solutions effectively and efficiently.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen; an Occupational Health Screening may also be required.
• Must meet the listed physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working around manufacturing-related hazards.
