Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Ireland; Schiphol-Rijk, Netherlands. Hybrid working environment with some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations.

What you will do

• Manage planning and fulfillment activities across assigned products, customers, or regions.
• Monitor supply, demand, inventory, orders, and delivery risks, proactively managing exceptions and open orders.
• Coordinate corrective actions with Logistics, Customer Fulfillment, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders.
• Support demand-and-supply alignment, KPI reporting, and operational business reviews.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and maintain accurate planning information in relevant systems.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring fulfillment issues, taking end-to-end ownership of solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in supply-chain planning, order management, customer fulfillment, logistics, or a related operational role.
• Good understanding of supply-and-demand planning principles and experience with ERP or planning systems.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capability, including the ability to identify operational exceptions and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, an ownership mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and geographical locations.
• Customer-focused approach to fulfillment and issue resolution.

Nice to have

• Experience in an international or EMEA supply-chain environment.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or comparable ERP/planning platforms.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of inventory, logistics, and order-management processes.
• Experience working with outsourced manufacturing or logistics partners.
• Continuous-improvement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
