What you will do

• Localize technical manuals, user guides, product documentation, and training materials for different languages and markets.
• Review translated content for technical accuracy, terminology, consistency, formatting, and market requirements.
• Coordinate remotely with translators, technical writers, product teams, and subject matter experts.
• Maintain terminology databases, translation memories, and style guides.
• Use translation management systems, CAT tools, and document publishing software.
• Manage localization schedules, documentation updates, quality checks, and project deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Technical Communication, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical documentation localization or translation.
• Excellent command of English and relevant target languages.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and localization quality standards.
• Experience with CAT tools, translation management systems, and document publishing software.
• Excellent editing, organization, and project coordination skills.
