Marketing Assistant (Localization)

What you will do

• Translate and localise marketing and knowledge-hub content, PDFs, and one-pagers using AI tools, WordPress, Figma, and Adobe.
• Support localisation across seven websites and 17 languages, publish videos on YouTube, and improve workflow automation.
• Create content performance reports and monthly regional funnel breakdowns.
• Design Google Slides presentations and conduct lead research in Cognism for Sales.
• Support marketing operations, including email banners, merchandise, expenses, and parts-ordering projects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content, communications, or a similar role, ideally in B2B.
• Professional-level English, written and spoken.
• Daily working fluency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Google Workspace, and design tools such as Figma or Adobe.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several requests simultaneously.
• Proactive approach to identifying problems, proposing solutions, and following through.
• Comfort working remotely in an international team spread across Europe.
• Interest in using funnels and reporting to support decisions.

Nice to have

• Fluency in one or more additional European languages.
• Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial technology.
• Experience in a high-growth environment where processes are built as the organisation develops.
