Full Stack Marketing Specialist

Salary: EUR 2,500–3,500 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Conduct client discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and marketing workshops.
• Work with senior and C-level stakeholders to identify underlying business problems.
• Translate business objectives into integrated marketing strategies.
• Conduct marketing audits and present and defend strategic recommendations.
• Support pre-sales activities by defining scope, approach, and required marketing resources.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong strategic marketing background.
• Experience in marketing research, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, and positioning.
• Broad understanding of digital marketing channels and integrated marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical, commercial, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to connect marketing activities with business and revenue outcomes and structure complex, ambiguous problems.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Agency or marketing consulting experience.
• International B2B experience and IT, technology, or SaaS background.
• HubSpot or Salesforce experience.
• Experience with AEO, GEO, or AI Search.
• Experience building marketing financial models, forecasts, and commercial proposals.
