Senior Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands; prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad, including France, Belgium, or Luxembourg.

What you will do

• Execute transformation project assignments for clients.
• Structure data intelligently, perform data analysis, and conduct benchmarks.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
• Take on team support responsibilities as quickly as possible.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• University Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 3 to 7 years of experience as a consultant.
• Outstanding collaborative team-player skills and good communication skills.
• Strong interest in Energy.
• Analytical mindset, ability to explore options, and ability to synthesize findings into conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, results-oriented, rigorous, and committed approach.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Preparedness to participate in temporary assignments abroad, such as in France, Belgium, or Luxembourg.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
