Manager Energy & Industry (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands; work may be performed from home, the client, or the Amsterdam office. A work permit cannot be provided, and non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.

What you will do

• Guide energy companies through the transition toward the New Energy Reality and advise on changing business models, operating models, and strategies.
• Lead projects such as market and market-entry studies, operational process improvement, investment decision-making, regulatory compliance, outsourcing, and vendor selection.
• Ensure projects are delivered beyond expectations while working with hirify.global consultants and client representatives.
• Coach and mentor consultants and manage project teams.
• Shape and grow the business through business development and sales support.
• Monitor company and market trends and trigger actions to adapt hirify.global’s offerings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting or project management within the utilities industry.
• A network at relevant energy companies.
• Strong understanding of energy-market developments and their impact on actors across the value chain.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Experience managing teams; self-starting, entrepreneurial, and flexible approach.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Dutch skills.
