Consultant in Financial Services (Data and AI)

Location: Hybrid, Amsterdam, Netherlands; work may take place from home, at the client, or at the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Contribute to projects involving strategic positioning, new business orientations, organizational redesign, business re-engineering, and operational excellence.
• Build relationships with clients and deliver results across consulting engagements.
• Help develop and reinforce consulting offerings by interpreting innovation and challenges in relevant sectors.
• Contribute to business development, including defining client needs and participating in commercial initiatives.
• Develop expertise in data and AI-related topics and help clients identify opportunities in these areas.

Requirements

• Completed Master’s Degree.
• 0 to 2 years of experience within a consultancy firm.
• Knowledge of the banking, insurance, or pension sector.
• Strong collaborative teamwork and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Mandatory Dutch and English communication and presentation skills.
• Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.
