Senior Consultant Financial Services

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; work from home, the client, or the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Execute transformation projects for financial-services clients to improve efficiency, simplicity, strategy, revenue, costs, customer satisfaction, or risk management.
• Perform complex analyses, identify important issues and trends, and create solutions and action plans.
• Manage methodological concepts and tools and implement them within client organizations.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities within the area of expertise together with the team.
• Guide other consultants in achieving deliverables and support their personal development.
• Provide internal and external training and share accumulated expertise.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree.
• At least 3 years of consulting experience in the financial services industry.
• Dutch and English language skills with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic or operational knowledge of financial-sector products, trends, and processes.
• Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and motivation to help clients use related opportunities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with willingness to share opinions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.
