Lead Analyst Digital Accelerator (Fintech)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States; primary location Greenwood Village, Colorado. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

Base salary: $96,100–$135,700 per year, with possible bonus participation for non-sales positions.

What you will do

• Lead monthly alignment meetings with Investment and Investment Services managers and Digital Accelerators, maintaining project priorities, roadmaps, status, and accomplishments.
• Report process automation progress and results to senior leaders at least quarterly.
• Research, recommend, and lead process automation, internal modernization, and technical process enhancement projects using Alteryx, robotics, and other available tools.
• Develop documentation standards, system-specific message files, controls, procedures, and workflow best practices for Investment Services.
• Partner with internal IT and systems development resources to investigate process-flow issues and execute tactical steps supporting the technical vision.
• Coordinate team collaboration and training, mentor team members, and propose cross-functional staffing based on capacity and skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• At least six years of securities operations or accounting experience in investment administration within a financial industry firm. Without a specialized degree, an additional four or more years of directly related experience is required.
• Software development background.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-starting approach.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required.
