Co-Op, Program Management

Location: Quincy, Massachusetts or East Syracuse, New York, United States; onsite office role for summer 2027.

Compensation: $21.89–$24.32 per hour. A sign-on bonus may help offset housing expenses for Co-Ops living outside the typical office commuting distance.

What you will do

• Learn and support project management cycles, master project cycles, and program plans.
• Assist with plans covering technical requirements, schedules, and contract commitments.
• Document and update processes.
• Update data analytics and business intelligence dashboards.
• Collaborate with colleagues across hirify.global to develop project management approaches.
• Support program reviews and internal process gate reviews.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an accredited BS/MS degree program or beyond.
• Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Understanding of or experience with Earned Value Management.
• Familiarity with MS Project and Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and concise written and oral communication, plus strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment, learn through instruction, self-study, and practical application, and remain self-motivated, inquisitive, organized, flexible, and thorough.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; selected applicants may undergo a government security investigation.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Familiarity with key program management concepts and fundamentals.
