Program Manager (Defense & Aerospace)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; office-based role. Only U.S. citizens are eligible due to U.S. Government contract requirements.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the Royal Australian Navy MH-60R program and deliver project milestones.
• Act as the primary contact for customer and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Government and Royal Australian Navy requirements.
• Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and reporting.
• Support business development and proposal efforts as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in defense or aerospace.
• Eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance; Secret clearance is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with military aviation programs or international defense projects.
• Familiarity with MH-60R helicopter systems and operations.
• Knowledge of Royal Australian Navy requirements and protocols.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a secure, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
