Pre-Sales Development Executive

Location: In-person role based in the Kuala Lumpur office, Malaysia

What you will do

• Research and identify senior decision-makers whose profiles align with summit themes and objectives.
• Build targeted prospect lists using CRM tools, databases, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
• Write targeted outreach campaigns designed to generate high-quality inbound inquiries.
• Meet weekly and monthly goals and KPIs.
• Build and maintain contact database quality.
• Collaborate with sales professionals across EMEA and North America.

Requirements

• Recognised degree or diploma in any discipline; Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, market research, and/or lead generation is essential.
• Experience creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to adapt to a performance-driven culture.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
