Senior People Operations Associate (Web3)

Location: EMEA — Remote; applications from candidates based in France, Italy, or Germany cannot be considered.

What you will do

• Own global employee lifecycle operations from pre-boarding and onboarding through internal transfers, changes, and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts and amendments, administer statutory and company leaves and benefits, and coordinate hires, terminations, compensation changes, and leave processing with Payroll.
• Partner with EOR providers, payroll and benefits vendors, immigration counsel, and other external partners across multiple countries.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records in ADP Workforce Now through audits, reconciliations, and data cleanup.
• Support compliance with UK and European employment practices, labor law, GDPR, and UK GDPR, while advising employees and managers on policies and processes.
• Lead global and regional People projects, including system enhancements, policy rollouts, self-service documentation, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and new entity openings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HR Administration, or a related role, including extensive support for employees in the UK and Europe and exposure to other regions.
• Experience in global or multi-country People/HR Operations, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling organization.
• Strong working knowledge of UK and European employment practices, statutory leave, GDPR, and UK GDPR.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, leave administration, and employee policy documentation.
• Hands-on HRIS experience, ideally with ADP Workforce Now, plus strong attention to data integrity, audits, and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Clear professional communication, strong organization, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage concurrent requests and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects from scoping through delivery.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with immigration processes and global hiring or relocation support.
• Experience managing EOR and other third-party vendor relationships across multiple providers.
• Comfort experimenting with automation and AI tools, including workflows, bots, scripting, or AI-enabled features.
• A second major European language.
