Senior HR Operations Lead

Location: Remote in the UK, Spain, or Latvia; must reside in one of these countries and have the legal right to work there. The role provides a 12-month parental leave cover.

What you will do

• Serve as the dedicated People Partner for G&A and GTM functions, including Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development priorities for stakeholder groups across a distributed remote workforce.
• Partner with Finance on compensation-cycle budgets using headcount and market data to create actionable recommendations.
• Manage primarily Oyster EOR engagements across the full employment cycle and multiple European jurisdictions.
• Lead complex employee-relations cases, working with EOR partners and external legal advisors when needed.
• Drive organizational design, job architecture, job descriptions, level changes, promotion cases, People process improvements, and cross-functional HR coordination.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role.
• Experience working with a fully remote or distributed team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, including the ability to build effective relationships remotely.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
• Demonstrated proactivity in leveraging AI to increase impact.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies and initiatives.
• A business-first, human-forward approach.
• Residence and legal right to work in the UK, Spain, or Latvia.
