Associate Director, Market Access Contracting & Pricing – 340B (Biopharma)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day 340B program strategy and operations for IAI and Oncology, including membership, compliance, capability enhancements, calculations, audits, controls, documentation, and regulatory-change assessment.
• Oversee 340B execution with internal stakeholders and external vendors, including data validation, dispute resolution, claims data, access requests, vendor selection, and ROI-focused capability building.
• Develop ad hoc analyses, scenario models, pricing impact assessments, business cases, dashboards, and reporting to support market access decisions and gross-to-net initiatives.
• Support WAC, list, contract, and product-access pricing maintenance; execute updates, forecasting, variance analysis, governance, and downstream communications.
• Support payer, PBM, GPO, government, reimbursement, chargeback, rebate, state-reporting, and product-launch initiatives while improving data flows and operational controls.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial Analytics, Government Pricing, Contracting Operations, Government Programs, Access Strategy, Government Affairs, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or another advanced degree preferred.
• 5–10+ years of experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, Finance, or Analytics in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Experience with 340B program operations and excellence is strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. market access landscape, payer dynamics, and pricing constructs.
• Strong experience with 340B, Medicaid, Medicare, commercial contracting, claims processing, and formulary or benefit design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Effective communication, stakeholder influence with or without authority, vendor management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or AI.
