AI Solutions Engineer

What you will do

• Build, test, deploy, maintain, and improve AI-enabled solutions integrated with internal business systems and processes.
• Develop MCP servers, tools, API integrations, scripts, reusable components, agentic workflows, skills, and plugins using Python, TypeScript, Claude, Claude Code, Cowork, and MCP-based integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement secure integrations with authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, and logging.
• Prototype and validate technical approaches, then turn successful prototypes into tested, maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with the Business Analyst, Principal AI Platform Engineer, stakeholders, and software engineering teams on deployment, architecture, security, and platform standards.
• Monitor reliability, performance, output quality, model behavior, APIs, and dependencies while maintaining tests, documentation, runbooks, and handover materials.

Requirements

• Typically 2–3 years of experience in software, automation, solutions engineering, or internal tooling, with evidence of delivering working solutions rather than only prototypes.
• Hands-on experience building with Claude or comparable frontier models, including prompts, tools, and agent-style workflows.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python or TypeScript, with experience integrating SaaS APIs, spreadsheets, and enterprise systems.
• Working knowledge of web fundamentals, authentication, scripting, and basic infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Cowork, Claude Code, MCP, skills, and plugins.
• Awareness of security, data protection, and governance considerations in enterprise AI deployments.
• Experience with ticketing, documentation, and change processes; ability to write runbooks, adoption guides, and handover notes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of hirify.global's Quality Management System and its application to role-related tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments such as life sciences, healthtech, or GxP, or with QMS-aligned processes.
• Experience authoring MCP servers, Claude skills, or Cowork plugins.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, agents, Power Platform, or comparable enterprise AI tooling.
