AI Solution Engineer

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; hybrid

What you will do

• Build and evolve the technical layer of the Workflow and Agent AI Platform used to design, run, and scale AI workflows and agents.
• Own capabilities end to end, including design, integration, delivery, production deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver AI-enabled features across frontend, backend, AI, and integration layers.
• Embed product functionality into reusable AI-enabled workflow patterns and improve them using evaluations, monitoring, and user feedback.
• Contribute to architecture decisions supporting scalability, observability, security, and long-term platform evolution.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Platform Engineers to productionize research and address infrastructure and business needs; participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with end-to-end ownership of complex products or platforms.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript for production-grade applications.
• Experience with modern frameworks; React is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language and comfort working across frontend and backend boundaries. Python is preferred but not required.
• Experience with relational databases, data modeling, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean architecture, evolvability, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps tooling.
• Exposure to AI and agent frameworks such as AWS Strands, Azure AI Agent Service, LangChain, LangSmith, or CrewAI.
• Experience with GenAI application development.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or data platforms such as Databricks.
• Financial services background.
• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
• Vue.js 3 experience is welcome.
