AI Strategist

Location: Remote in Costa Rica

hirify.global is a Series C AI and SaaS company building an enterprise platform that combines generative AI, human-in-the-loop workflows, and an Enterprise Skill Graph for multilingual content and business operations.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and technical teams at strategic customers to scope AI use cases, define success metrics, and build business cases for ROI and efficiency.
• Design, build, and deploy custom AI workflows and agents from scratch using structured and unstructured customer data.
• Build agents combining semantic and keyword search across customer knowledge bases and content, including vector databases, MCP, and RAG.
• Own customer engagements end to end from ideation and scoping through delivery, adoption, enablement, and measurable business outcomes.
• Work in a customer pod with Strategic Account Executives, Technical Account Managers, and Forward Deployed Engineers; act as the voice of the customer for Product.
• Create playbooks, reusable solution patterns, and case studies while supporting AI-first practices across the team.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing AI, solutions, consulting, or technical role, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
• A track record of building AI-powered workflows, agents, or automations that solve real business problems.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, Cline, or similar as a default way to build, test, and solve problems.
• Hands-on experience building with Python and AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Cline.
• Familiarity with vector databases, MCP, RAG, and agent design.
• Comfort with the command line, basic Linux administration, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical, scalable AI solutions and drive projects end to end.
• Ability to engage technical stakeholders and senior executives, translate between them, and communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to connect technical capabilities to business value.
• Experience delivering solutions in complex enterprise organizations while operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Builder mentality, bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to create structure where none exists.
• Experience with change management and customer enablement.
• Flexibility to travel for customer engagements.

• SQL or data analysis experience.
