What you will do

• Define requirements and system architectures for new and existing hardware solutions.
• Design advanced control electronics while balancing space, EMI/EMC, cost, and manufacturability constraints.
• Define verification and validation strategies, and support testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Develop hardware concepts aligned with automotive development standards and processes.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams and global customers on technical topics.
• Drive AI-enabled engineering solutions, technology improvement, roadmap planning, and technical mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant professional experience, or a PhD, in Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related field.
• At least 9 years of proven experience in embedded hardware and control electronics development.
• Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC requirements and engineering methods for compliance.
• Solid understanding of automotive development standards and processes.
• Good German and English skills, with strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in diverse, international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Altium Designer or LTspice.
