EMC Analysis & Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Bremen, Germany; flexible hybrid arrangement balancing remote and on-site work.

What you will do

• Support satellite projects from pre-development through flight readiness.
• Analyse system requirements and define the flowdown of EMC and grounding requirements at spacecraft and equipment level.
• Prepare and maintain EMC control plans, analyses, specifications, test procedures, reports, and design descriptions.
• Plan and execute EMC tests at unit, subsystem, and system level.
• Coordinate EMC activities with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project teams, system engineering, and technical divisions; prepare and present results internally and to customers.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering focused on electrical engineering, communications technology, or high frequency engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in phases B/C/D of satellite projects with proven expertise in EMC tasks and related hardware development activities.
• Proficiency with EMC analysis and simulation tools.
• Solid understanding of applicable standards and requirements in the satellite domain.
• High independence, responsibility, flexibility, and the ability to work in a structured manner within complex technical projects.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
