Solutions Consultant II (Fintech)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; remote work available in the United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer and able to begin work in the U.S. on the first day without current or future visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $74,000–$112,000 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead solution design and execution for end-to-end implementation projects onboarding new clients to the hirify.global platform.
• Work with Sales, Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prioritize and context-switch across simultaneous projects, taking each through completion.
• Identify and contribute to improvements in implementation processes and standard methodologies as the platform expands.
• Engage with clients in a proactive, consultative, and professional manner.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in finance, technology, and/or consulting.
• Solution-oriented approach and passion for problem-solving.
• Strong work ethic, proactive approach, and ability to be a high-contributing teammate.
• Independence, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship, including authorization to start work in the U.S. on the first day.

Nice to have

• Experience programming in Python.
• Experience with project management.
