What you will do

• Lead large-scale digital transformation programmes from strategy through implementation and value realisation.
• Deliver technology-enabled change across banking, insurance, wealth management, and financial market infrastructure organisations.
• Lead digital product, platform, customer experience, data, analytics, AI, automation, cloud, application, infrastructure, and platform modernisation initiatives.
• Establish agile delivery models, product organisations, scaled agile ways of working, PMOs, and Transformation Offices.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and engage business, technology, data, architecture, and executive stakeholders.
• Build client delivery capability and help organisations balance innovation, risk, and measurable business outcomes in regulated environments.

Requirements

• Experience in digital and technology-enabled transformation within financial services, including wealth, asset management, banking, insurance, or financial market infrastructure.
• Experience in at least three of the following: leading large-scale transformation programmes; delivering complex technology-enabled change; leading digital product, platform, or customer experience transformation; delivering data, analytics, AI, or automation programmes; managing cloud, application, infrastructure, or platform modernisation; establishing agile delivery models or product organisations; leading multidisciplinary teams; translating business strategy into transformation roadmaps; delivering in highly regulated environments; or building capability through PMOs, Transformation Offices, and delivery excellence functions.
• Strong programme, portfolio, or project delivery expertise.
• Ability to engage credibly with business and technology executives.
• Experience delivering measurable benefits and business outcomes.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Commercial awareness and consulting experience.
• Passion for innovation, technology, and helping clients solve complex challenges.
