AI Workflow Transformation Lead

What you will do

• Identify and shape AI-enabled improvement opportunities by assessing business priorities, operational pain points, productivity, quality, decision-making, risk and employee experience.
• Map current workflows and support future-state redesign, clarifying human-led work, AI assistance, automation, review and escalation points.
• Turn opportunities into practical plans with outcomes, owners, dependencies, risks and success measures; lead or support transformation initiatives, requirements shaping, stakeholder coordination and governance.
• Connect business, AI/data architecture, technology, legal, DPO, information security, infrastructure and enablement stakeholders.
• Define and track value measures, capture reusable patterns and support adoption of new ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience in business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, programme delivery, consulting, AI transformation, SaaS operations or a similar field.
• Strong ability to understand, map and improve business workflows or operating practices.
• Experience turning ambiguous business problems into clear opportunities, plans and outcomes.
• Comfort working across business, technology, data, automation, legal, risk or compliance stakeholders.
• Practical understanding of AI tools, automation, workflow tooling or digital transformation.
• Good delivery discipline without unnecessary bureaucracy, with commercial judgement and a clear link between workflow change and business value.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, practical and comfortable working with ambiguity; able to influence without authority and bring order to complex problems.
• Focus on shipped outcomes, measurable value and lasting adoption, with a low-ego approach and high standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, technology, digital platforms, consulting or high-growth global businesses is strongly preferred.
