Program Manager - Transformation Office (Enterprise Transformation)

Location: Hybrid in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, with other locations in Bloomington, Minnesota; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based immigration sponsorship.

Base pay: $115,000–$160,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead strategic transformation programs from planning and execution through implementation, stabilization, and realized business outcomes.
• Build integrated roadmaps covering milestones, critical paths, dependencies, resources, budgets, and multiple workstreams.
• Measure strategic impact, ROI, costs, benefits, KPIs, risks, and delivery status for executive and Transformation Office reporting.
• Coordinate business units, IT, external vendors, and functional leaders to deliver solutions, secure capacity, and clarify accountability.
• Establish and track change management, implementation readiness, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement plans.
• Manage vendor commitments and contractual dependencies while mentoring project managers within the Transformation Office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience, including management of multiple interconnected projects or workstreams.
• Proven success managing large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs, preferably in OMS or ERP environments, from strategy and design through implementation, stabilization, and benefits realization.
• Strong background in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with platforms such as Oracle, Manhattan, or Salesforce OMS.
• Excellent planning, organizational, facilitation, communication, and strategic thinking skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with project management tools and technologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

• Experience in supply chain, order fulfillment, or related domains.
