Programme Manager (Decision Intelligence)

Location: Hybrid, London, United Kingdom. The role is based in London and includes a hybrid work arrangement. The Work from Anywhere policy allows working outside the country of employment for up to 2 months during a rolling 12-month period.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex hirify.global programmes across multiple business use cases, workstreams, projects, and releases.
• Set programme objectives, priorities, success measures, roadmaps, governance, controls, reporting, and accountability across hirify.global, customer, and partner teams.
• Own value realization, integrated planning, programme-level risks, dependencies, escalations, corrective actions, and executive reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives, programme sponsors, delivery leaders, and delivery partners, including major consultancies and systems integrators.
• Own P&L and commercial performance, including budgets, forecasts, revenue, margin, contracts, change control, resource planning, and capacity planning.
• Coach Project Managers and cross-functional leads, embed delivery methodologies and quality controls, support customer adoption, and identify opportunities for account growth.

Requirements

• Strong track record leading and delivering large, complex technology or data programmes spanning multiple teams, workstreams, and releases.
• Customer-facing delivery experience in a consultancy, professional services, systems integrator, or enterprise technology environment, with credibility among senior executives and programme sponsors.
• Experience owning programme P&L and commercial performance, including budgets, forecasting, margin, contracts, change control, and resource and capacity planning.
• Understanding of the full software delivery lifecycle and the factors required to deliver secure, high-quality, operationally stable enterprise platforms.
• Experience in Agile delivery and applying an appropriate blend of Agile, iterative, and programme controls across multiple teams and dependencies.
• Experience leading complex ecosystems involving customer teams, product and engineering functions, consulting teams, and delivery partners.
• Clear and influential communication skills, including simplifying complex topics, influencing senior stakeholders, challenging constructively, and driving decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including navigating ambiguity, making trade-offs, and resolving complex delivery and commercial challenges.
• Collaborative and emotionally intelligent leadership skills, including developing talent and creating an inclusive, accountable culture.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering programmes within Government or the wider Public Sector, particularly UK Central Government.
• Existing clearance to work within UK Government environments, with BPSS and ideally SC clearance.
• Experience delivering data, analytics, AI, Decision Intelligence, financial crime, customer intelligence, or public-sector transformation programmes.
• A recognized programme or project management qualification such as MSP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or PMP.
