Consultant Sr Lead, Professional Services (Treasury)

What you will do

• Lead complex Treasury and Banking software implementation projects and functional workstreams across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders on business requirements, operating models, processes, controls, workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, and functional scoping.
• Provide specialist expertise in areas including Hedge Accounting, Risk Management, Cash Flow Management, In-House Banking, financial markets, liquidity, payments, accounting, and reporting.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, parallel runs, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation support.
• Resolve complex implementation issues, assess risks and dependencies, provide estimates and scope input, and coordinate with Project Management, Technical Consulting, Product, Development, and Support.
• Act as an escalation point, mentor consultants, promote reusable assets and implementation standards, and identify additional Professional Services opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant Treasury Management System experience, or substantial senior-level experience in Corporate or Banking Treasury, Financial Markets, Treasury Technology, or Financial Services Consulting.
• Proven experience leading enterprise Treasury or Banking software implementations.
• Expert, advisory-level industry knowledge in at least one specialist Treasury area, such as Hedge Accounting, Risk Management, Cash Flow Management, or In-House Banking, with broad knowledge of financial markets, liquidity, payments, accounting, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end software implementation lifecycle and the ability to lead specialised modules within large and complex projects.
• Ability to lead client workshops, functional teams, and discussions with senior stakeholders, handle advanced client queries, and work independently in complex or undefined situations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• A degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Implementation experience with hirify.global Quantum or another Treasury Management System such as Murex, Calypso, Kondor+, Finastra, or SAP Treasury.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, interfaces, SWIFT, or payment messaging.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud transformation, or Treasury platform modernization.
• Relevant Treasury, Finance, or Project Management qualifications.
• An additional European language.
