What you will do

• Lead client engagements covering assessment, consulting, recommendations, transformation planning, and delivery beyond a fixed statement of work.
• Advise C-suite and director-level stakeholders on AI strategy, organisational design, change, and transformation.
• Assess current operating models, define AI-enabled target states, and design technology-led ways of working across digital, data, AI, and business functions.
• Develop transformation programmes, consulting propositions, commercial cases, and innovation opportunities.
• Plan and deliver organisational change through communications, change management, and transition to new technology-led ways of working.
• Support regional Club leadership, thought leadership, account development, opportunity identification, revenue growth, and client engagement delivery.

Requirements

• Formal consulting, professional services, or digital transformation experience with effective change delivery across multiple organisations.
• Strong understanding of modern technology-led organisations and the ability to deliver impactful change.
• Knowledge of digital delivery, particularly strategy, product, AI, technology, delivery, and people implications, supported by personal insights and viewpoints.
• Ability to influence stakeholders with recommended digital and AI-based transformation approaches and work across multiple client assignments.
• Experience deploying AI in ways of working and adopting AI within business operations or workflows.
• Passion for delivering change in complex and ambiguous circumstances.

• Broad and deep consulting expertise, including business development in a recognised consulting firm or agency environment.
• Experience responding to RFPs, preparing sales presentations, and presenting to senior client teams.
• Experience developing digital or product strategy and delivering commercial value.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to expand existing client relationships and contribute to different engagement types.
• Interest in developing as a technology consultant and sharing expertise.
