Change and Transformation Solution Director (AI Transformation)

What you will do

• Lead client engagements covering assessment, consulting, recommendations and delivery of AI transformation.
• Advise C-suite and director-level stakeholders on AI strategy, organisational design, change and transformation plans.
• Assess current-state capabilities, define AI-enabled target operating models and design technology-led ways of working.
• Create programmes, consulting engagements and commercial or business cases that identify innovation opportunities and business value.
• Plan and deliver organisational transitions through communications, change management and hands-on production of required outputs.
• Support regional Club leadership, thought leadership, account development, opportunity identification and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Formal consulting, professional services or digital transformation experience, including effective change delivery across multiple organisations.
• Strong understanding of modern technology-led organisations and the ability to deliver impactful change.
• Knowledge of digital delivery across strategy, product, AI, technology, delivery and people implications, supported by independent insights.
• Ability to influence stakeholders around recommended digital and AI-based transformation approaches.
• Comfort moving between different client assignments and working through complex, ambiguous circumstances.
• Demonstrable experience deploying AI into ways of working and adopting AI in organisational operations or workflows.
• Ability to manage client engagements beyond following a defined statement of work and to act as a trusted advisor.

Nice to have

• Broad and deep consulting expertise, including business development in a recognised consulting firm or agency environment.
• Experience responding to RFPs, creating sales presentations and presenting to senior client teams.
• Experience developing digital or product strategy and delivering commercial value.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to expand existing client relationships at Club level and contribute to different engagement types.
• Enthusiasm for learning, developing technology consulting skills and sharing expertise.
