Senior Project Engineer (Power Systems)

What you will do

• Lead engineering design, technical reviews, and integration of complex industrial electrification and power systems.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
• Manage engineering deliverables, timelines, technical documentation, project risks, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with procurement, commissioning, service, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and technical bids against project quality and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Typically 5–8 years of professional experience in project engineering within industrial electrification or power systems.
• Experience with industrial electrification systems, power systems engineering, and electrical control and automation.
• Experience with engineering lifecycle management, risk identification and mitigation, technical documentation, and standards.
• Stakeholder communication, collaborative problem solving, vendor evaluation, and technical negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
